The FLOOR and more® dry hollow floor system offers impressive in¬built properties and state¬of¬the¬art technology. FLOOR and more® is formed by gluing a pedestal substructure to panels made from calcium sulphate – a non- combustible material with superlative structural and physical properties. FLOOR and more® also offers outstanding levels of soundproofing and can be fully loaded after one day – the ideal product for almost any field of application. Additionally, once installed, the floor system is impervious to smoke and combines superb underfoot comfort with minimal weight. As a manufacturer, we can determine the choice of raw materials used, making it possible to adjust the mixture to the wishes of our clients as well as to their respective markets. FLOOR and more® can be combined with many other systems, offering a great degree of flexibility. There is also a limitless choice of floor coverings.
 

Ligna

LIGNA raised floor panels are High¬density chipboard panel, classified in emission class E1, galvanised steel sheet or humidity protection at underside, surrounding edge protection against impact and humidity This system is particularly attractive economically because of its excellent price¬performance ratio. The light weight of the panels makes handling very easy. High accuracy in terms of tolerance also makes the panel extremely impermeable where air¬tightness is required. Ease of forming rip cuts and cut outs is also an advantage. The quality of the panels is of the highest standard. We can also cater for individual customer requests, such as special formats. A well¬established selection of raw materials ensures lowest possible emission levels.

The NORTEC raised floor system offers impressive in¬built properties and truly state¬of¬the¬art technology. It is the ideal product for almost any field of application. NORTEC floor panels are fiber¬reinforced calcium sulphate panel, optionally with galvanised steel sheet at underside, optionally with edge trim to protect against impact and moisture. Offer superb underfoot comfort. They are manufactured from calcium sulphate (gypsum): a non¬combustible material with superlative structural and physical properties. This product also offers outstanding levels of soundproofing. The Institute of Building Biology in Rosenheim recommends NORTEC as a biologically¬neutral building material. Our gypsum panels are virtually emission¬free. NORTEC can be combined with many other systems, offering a great degree of flexibility. There is also a practically limitless choice of floor coverings

Pedestals

The pedestals create the cavity needed to accommodate the services., The pedestals shall be fixed with special glue on the existing floor. Their height, from 30 mm up to 1200 mm, can be varied, depending on the height of the pedestal, from ± 6 mm up to ± 31 mm, therefore compensating for any uneveness in the subfloor.. The pedestals consist of two parts. Between the supports and the raised floor panels there is a special plastic pad.
 

Staversa

Profile of galvanized cold rolled steel sheet, thickness 0,63mm, various cross sections for improved lateral stability of raised floors and / or horizontal and vertical reinforcement. Increases the resistance of the floor to charge up to 3000N. Placed between the supports and can be applied to snap or screw
